Live Like Bella® Assistance Programs
The Live Like Bella® Childhood Cancer Foundation would like to offer its love and support to families whose children are battling cancer.
Central to our mission are two indispensable programs:
- In-Treatment Assistance: Through our In-Treatment Assistance Program, we provide families with essential support to provide some relief with an array of day-to-day expenses such as utilities, medical co-payments, transportation, and food, so families can focus on what truly matters: caring for their child.
- Memorial Assistance: When a child goes to Heaven too soon, our Memorial Assistance Program offers a warm and helping hand to cover costs associated with funeral and burial expenses, and ensuring families can honor their child with love and dignity that they so deserve.
Below you will find our applications for both programs. Please register and apply through our new patient portal. On April 1st, 2024, we launched our portal, to make our application process and turnaround time as quick and smooth as possible. Please refer to our instructions on how to register and how to apply. Memorial Support
In the heartbreaking experience that a child has gone to heaven too soon, the Live Like Bella® Childhood Cancer Foundation is committed to assisting families with costs associated with memorial services, funerals, cremations and burials.
